In 2005 Compac Furniture invested in a new European made laminating line designed for the applying of finished paper laminates to MDF. This line includes a continuous roll press capable of applying Paper, CPL, PVC and other laminates to a range of substrates including MDF, Particle Board, Plywood, Fibre cement panel and more.

This plant was initially installed entirely for Compac’s in-house use but after a number of requests Paneltec was established in 2008. This opened the doors for other manufacturers to share the advantages and cost savings of these versatile and innovative panel products.

Since then Paneltec has been expanding and developing the product ranges to meet the demands of an ever changing manufacturing industry.
