PANELBAC - the cost effective furniture panel

PANELBAC is a prefinished laminated MDF panel available in a range of plain colours & woodgrain finishes.

PANELBAC comes with a water resistant laminate coating which is permanently bonded to MDF with a D3 rated cross linked PVAC adhesive.

PANELBAC is available as either a single or double sided panel. Single sided Panelbac remains very stable with virtually no cupping or warping.

PANELBAC is the ideal panel for carcase backs, drawer construction, wall linings and low cost shelving.

PANELBAC’s substrate is New Zealand made “Golden Edge” medium density fibre board (MDF). This is manufactured to strict ISO14001 standards and is compliant with the New Zealand Environmental Choice standard EC-32-09 for Furniture and Fittings. It is also FSC chain of custody certifiable.

Water test	16 hours minimum
All thicknesses are available either single or double sided.

PANELBAC can be easily cleaned with a clean damp cloth. Household cleaners such as spray & wipe or simple green may also be used. Never use cleaners containing solvents or abrasive agents. All liquids should be wiped off as soon as possible.
